No, Ben 10 is not just for boys! Girls love Ben 10 too. My girls in fact. Let’s face it, if you are a parent, unless you are living under a rock or “the grid” you know who Ben 10 is. You may not know the details, but you know who Ben is.

But just in case … Ben 10 is a 10-year-old boy who discovered his signature Omnitrix device which helps him transform into a 10 different superheroes to fight off the baddies and save the world.

The streets are safe when Ben 10 is around!

The Ben 10 people have released a huge new range of merchandise for all Ben 10 fans and the lovely people at Prima Toys very kindly sent us a Four Arms figurine and a Diamondhead Transform-n-Battle role play mask and glove.

They love them.

They were running around the house with their masks and ‘arms’ on, flicking their arms until the retractable claws struck out (See the video below to get a better idea!). To be honest, I was a little worried about their eyes, thank goodness for the mask! Clearly that is the difference between a ‘mom of girls’ and a ‘mom of boys’. Boy mom’s need nerves of steel! After I gave myself a little ‘talking to’ I relaxed and just let them be kids. There really isn’t any difference between boys and girls when it comes to having fun and playing with toys! They really just want to do the same thing – defeat the baddies and live their best life!

Note to self: LET THEM BE!!

Back to the toys … The new range includes all 10 Ben 10 figures (see what they did there?) as well as some of the baddies, 13 figurines in total.
